Ropsley C of E Primary School
Learning for Life

Ropsley Church of England Primary School is a happy, friendly and caring school for children aged four to eleven years old.  Our vision is to be an inclusive school which is at the heart of its community. A leader in “Learning for Life” based on Christian values and high standards where every child and member of staff can reach their full potential, and feel valued as individuals.

We aspire to be a centre for innovative and exciting learning opportunities where pupils are inspired, stimulated and fulfilled.  We are committed to providing high-quality education for every child and we do this in partnership with other schools, parents, volunteers and our wider community.

As well as a clear focus on high academic standards we are fortunate enough to have lovely grounds and a good sized environmental area where we enjoy Forest School activities, pond dipping, camp fires and den building. We excel at PE and Sports and offer a wide range of after-school activities.

We place a great deal of emphasis on providing a rich curriculum with a focus on developing pupils’ independence and responsibility in and for their own learning.

If you decide to join us a trainee teacher we will provide you with access to experienced and enthusiastic staff, who are eager to support you in becoming the very best teacher you can be.
